Returns and Exchanges
Paddlerscove happily accepts product returns or exchanges within 15 days of the date of purchase. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached. All returns (but not exchanges) maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee based on its condition when returned. We always recommend for your protectionthat you insure your return/exchange package when sent to Paddlerscove. All product returned or exchanged will be inspected upon its arrival at Paddlerscove. Your original form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount following a satisfactory inspection.
Process is Quick and easy
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply send back with a copy of the invoice you received with your order a plus the items you wish returned or exchanged, to us at the address provided below. Once we receive the merchandise, we will send out the new items, or credit the original card you charged your order on, and/or partially credit/charge your original card, as applicable.
If you do not have your original invoice, simply double click on the pdf image below, print the Return and Exchange form that pops up and follow the instructions contained in the form. Of course, please email one of our specialists - contact us today or 908-835-0624 with any questions.
Kayak returns as in all returns you are responsible for shipping. All Kayaks if a return is excepted will be pro rated based on its condition. min of 25% restocking fee.
