Return Policy: At, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply call our customerservice dept within 7 days of receipt of product for a full refund** (kayaks excluded see below) of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.**

Important: Our customer service department will respond to your email and send you a confirmation message and instructions for your return shipment. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of request, or if you have any questions regarding a return, please call PaddlersCove at 908-835-0625 Terms and Conditions of Product Returns:

  • Items must not be damaged in any way all Tag still attached,and with in 60 days at the store 45 days online purchase. 
  • Refund is credited when all items are received by PaddlersCove
  • Refund is amount is less shipping and handling charges
  • If Paddlerscove makes a order error. Paddlerscove will reship to original shipping address or refund missing item amount.
  • Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Refund is in the form of store credit less 25% if products have been used or tags missing.
  • All Layaway sales are finale, deposit are not refundable, layaways must be completed and finalized with in 6 months.
  • Store clearance item may not be returned
  • Custom Color,special orders or sizes are not returnable
  • Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for directions on returning the defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Kayak Returns. All kayak returns, customer is responsible for return shipping . Please understand the if you have used the kayak, it will be a used kayak return. Which will affect return value.**

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Shipping Information

We pride ourselves in our speedy shipping procedures. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. We use UPS Ground as our standard none* kayak shipping method. International orders will require special shipping fees which may not be calculated during checkout. We may switch carriers to meet delivery times,all duty fee are the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified if there are any additional shipping fees required for your order prior to shipping.

If any item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. We can choose to ship what is in stock or wait until the back-ordered items arrive in our facility.


*Kayak shipping is terminal to terminal or to a commercial location,west coast and central may have a higher rate. If you would like it drop at your house please call the store for additional charges.

 Customer must inspect kayak before driver leaves.
 Please note. If  you are purchasing a used kayak there may be  additional  shipping charges

 Free Kayak Shipping/Commercial kayak shipping excludes Alaska/Hawaii/International - When we receive your order we will contact you within 24 hours via Telephone or email with your total shipping charges.Free shipping standard size up to  
 14'. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the final charges on your order ,we will make 3 attempt to contact and then your order will cancel.

** For a refund of a kayak. Kayak must be in new condition still in wrapper. The kayak cannot have any scratches or blemishes, even from handling or tying to car, restocking fees up to 15% may apply.
Product must have all tags attached and be in resellable condition.

When we have Free shipping promo on purchase over 39.00 excludes Kayaks, electronic, and all Hobie products
